waqar Ahmad Rawan

Waqar Ahmad Rawan, Advocate, is a licensed lawyer at the District Courts Islamabad with a versatile practice spanning litigation, corporate advisory, legislative drafting, and human rights advocacy. Holding an LL.B. (Hons., Cum Laude) from Bahria University and having completed coursework for his LL.M., he combines academic excellence with practical expertise. He began his career at the Ministry of Law and Justice, assisting the Office of the Solicitor General and Advisor on International Law, contributing to international agreements, and managing federal litigation. He later served as Programme Associate at Code Pakistan, working with INL, NCSC, and the British High Commission on criminal justice reforms, MLA and extradition rules, and studies on human trafficking and irregular migration. Currently, as Associate at Remedium Advocates & Corporate Consultants, he handles civil, criminal, family, service, corporate, and banking litigation, along with contract drafting, legal notices, and regulatory advisory. He has represented clients before forums such as NIRC, FST, and OGDCL related disputes. His corporate advisory work includes serving as Legal Advisor to Synercon Engineering, drafting and vetting contracts, and representing the company in legal matters. As Consultant at SHARP on an IOM project, he provides legal aid to displaced Afghan nationals, combining legal precision with humanitarian commitment.
